Report an ad
Saw an ad in Sudoku Stars that is inappropriate, misleading or broken? Tell us and we will look into it.
Email us
Write to us with the subject "Report an ad" and include as much of this as you can:
- The ad name or the advertiser, if you can see it.
- What happened: what the ad showed or said, and where in the game it appeared.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The date and the time of day.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Never send passwords or card numbers: we never need them.
What happens next
A person reads every report. We review it and, when the ad breaks the rules, report it to the ad provider so it can be blocked. We may write back if we need more detail.
